Team Registration 2012 / 2013

Fill in the following form to registrate your team for the 2012/2013 Curling Champions Tour.
As soon as we get your information, your team will be added to the ranking.

This registration has to be filled in by every team and has to be done additionally to the registration for each CCT Event.

The registration is free - each team pays CAD $20 additionally to the entry fee at every event in which the team is participating.
